My Program:
1. 35 minutes of cardio everyday 2.Core strength training 3-4 times a week. 3. Limit alcohol, sugar, fat and carbs. 4. 8-10 glasses of water per day. 4.NO SODAS.

My name is Tammy and I live in a suburb outside St Paul, MN. I have 2 sons (18 and 21), a lab named Bella, and a husband of 27 years.
Other Information:
I am a Pinterest Addict and I love cooking, reading, and home improvement projects. I love to travel and look forward to going to Paris someday. If exercise gets boring and monotonous, I will not do it. I am always looking for new ideas to get fit. I have tried (and love) bellydance and other dance programs. Looking forward to trying a Zumba water class this year.
