Through thick and thinner
I love the outdoors. As the mom of two, I live an active lifestyle but do not focus enough on my own goals, needs and wants. I love to exercise, walk, hike, etc. but I need to change my lifestyle and eating habits in order to feel good about myself, again. I need to learn how to focus on myself and "take care" of myself. My Program:
Laughter and happiness in my household. Starting slowly...focusing on one healthy change at a time (ie: drinking 64+oz. of water, walking at least 20 min. every day) Looking at myself and our family through my children's eyes. Realizing that they grow up so fast and each day is a gift. Counting our blessings everyday!
