My Goals:
Gain about 10lbs. in Muscle weight. Lose the fat I have and get to about 6-10% body fat from 16. Be in great shape and be able to ride 100 miles and not be to hurt afterwards.

My Program:
Doing cardio workouts every morning- 45 minutes. Lifting weights 2 days a week. Riding the bike atleast 20 miles 2 days a week.
