Goals: Spend an hour a day devoted to my heart. Walk 10.000 steps Cardio (60 min) 4 days/wk Strngth exercise (2 days/wk)
My Program:
Steps @ least 7,000 most days. Cardio make goal every week. This one still needs work, balancing ball is helping!
