Hello All my name is Crystal and I have been a chronic excuse maker!!! No more!! Figured I need to update my page and goals since I have not fully utlized this site since I start almost 2 years ago! I have a hectic schedule between raising my awesome 11 year old son, working full time and in Nursing School, BUT I have to find the time for myself. I've continued to put on additional weight and been detached from the reality of how big I've really gotten. From a size 5/7 in my younger days to a now 18 or 20 (after a big meal...smh) which is just no longer acceptable. I know and have learned about what obesity puts me at risk for yet I still ignore. Time to BREAK the shackles of overeating, bored eating, emotional eating, and just plain old bad eating habits!!! I look forward to meeting other members who are motivated and inspirational!! My Goals:
My goals:

-Keep caloric intake between 1500-1700 calories
-Exercise at least 3 times a week
-Lose at least 7lbs a month!!
-Drink 8 cups of water a day at minimum
-Track EVERYTHING I eat or drink, even if I slip
-Achieve my fitness goals in the 6 - 8 months
-NEVER give up on myself

Tracking Goals
1/5/12--SW: 230 lbs

My Program:
-Track food intake using SparkPeople App on my phone
-Keep calorie intake between 1200-1500 daily
-Drink 8 glasses of water at minimum each day
-Exercise 3-4 times a week via cardio and weight training
-Swimming
-Walking the Puppy
-Playing Wii Fit

Personal Information:
My name is Crystal and I am from Riverside, CA. That is southern California if you are not familar. I currently reside in Las Vegas, NV. This is my first time getting REALLY serious about my health and weight loss, and I am trying to utilize every tool and support system this site has to offer. I am a single mother of a 11 yr boy, work FT, and pursing a degree in Nursing. Needless to say, my time is stretched thin!! But I am determined to make health & fitness a priority in my life, not only for me but for my awesome son as well.
