HYDRATE - EXERCISE - EAT HEALTHY!

I joined SparkPeople in January 2007. In February 2010, I had hypnotherapy to help with my weight loss efforts.

Shortly after hypnotherapy, I reached my goal weight. Unfortunately, it all did not stay off. I thought I could have baked goods once in awhile (donuts, cake, cookies), candy bars once in awhile. I thought I could go days without exercising now that I was slim.

WRONG! The weight has been coming back on at a rate of 2-3 lbs a month. Now add that up over a year - 20-30 lbs. Its embarrassing and disappointing.

I know the yo-yo 'dieting' is very bad on your heart and health in general. I cannot keep doing this!

we are just about the same for wt and goals. I had 20 lbs off. I hit 170 the week of Christmas and fell off. dumb, dumb, dumb! Did I mention really dumb? Anyway--off to do my challenges for the day. emoticon
