You can look at a mountain as a wild place of beauty to view or paint or photograph from a safe distance; or a wild place capable of destruction like Mount St. Helens. Or you can look at it as a wild challenge that you take on one step at a time. When you begin the challenge you'll have no idea how long it will take to get to the top, but you know you will with the support of your team.
At the Weekly Challenge(s) Team, we'll help you climb that mountain. You'll find us on the rocky slopes, the shady valleys, the wild flower meadows, the glacier lakes. New Challenges are starting every Sunday.
I'll be watching for your posts at the Weekly Challenge Team.
"My will shall shape the future. Whether I fail or succeed shall be no one's doing but my own. I am the force; I can clear any obstacle before me or I can be lost in the maze. My choice; my responsibility; win or lose, only I hold the key to my destiny." -Elaine Maxwell

perfection is good when your standards are low. i did it and it wasn't any harder than a normal day. I actually did a steep walk for 20 minutes up our street, circuit trained for 20, and stayed on my diet. Easy 1287 days ago
