My Goals:
Short term---track my nutrition, exercise, and h2o intake.
Loose 6 lbs a month.

My Program:
I am eating by counting calories on Spark. I am trying to eat between 1200-1500 KCals. I am trying to stay as close to 120 as possible.

I am also doing Leslie Sansones walking DVD's. I try to do at least 1 hr per day. Which averages ~5 miles.

Personal Information:
I just moved to Arizona from Washington State. I love it here!!! I love to walk my dog and be outside as much as possible.
I am looking for friends on this site to help encourage me and I can also encourage them.

Thanks for the email. If I recall, you're only about 45 minutes away, right? I'm still getting acquainted with all the cities around here. Maybe someday we can meet. Majority of the members are all in the central part.

Thanks for your support, Junie. I went for a walk today. I haven't gone in about 4 days. It felt good to get the fresh air, and know I'm getting back to some regular exercise. I haven't lost 10 lbs. though. I thought my "ticker" would show it as pounds, not kg. Im having trouble changing things. I have only lost 3 lbs. max. I want the ticker to say "lbs." NOT kg. I can't even convert now. It won't let me change the starting weight as different. (?)

Don't forget to exercise today ... do at least 30 minutes even if you have to break it up into 10 minute intervals *smile*
