My Goals:
Short term---track my nutrition, exercise, and h2o intake. Loose 6 lbs a month.
My Program:
I am eating by counting calories on Spark. I am trying to eat between 1200-1500 KCals. I am trying to stay as close to 120 as possible. I am also doing Leslie Sansones walking DVD's. I try to do at least 1 hr per day. Which averages ~5 miles.
Personal Information:
I just moved to Arizona from Washington State. I love it here!!! I love to walk my dog and be outside as much as possible. I am looking for friends on this site to help encourage me and I can also encourage them.
