Hello and welcome to my page. Feel free to comment and leave me a note. I love meeting Spark People and hearing your stories.

But as much as I would like to see those weight loss goals materialize - feeling well physically, being able to walk and have good, flexible joints (that don't hurt) is much more important at this point. Doing at least 60 minutes of cardio a day keeps my blood pressure in line and the strength exercises help prevent back pain during long office hours.

The biggest challenges at the moment are my heavy work-schedules which take away too much energy for little benefit.

The other thing is - I need to stop solving issues by eating! Happy? Eat something! Sad? Eat something! Bored: well eat a double portion of everything! Exhausted: never stop eating at all. I so need to get over this and I welcome all success stories in that department very much!

My Goals:
Not leave Spark before I've reached 143 pounds.

Reward: a set of new smart clothes when I reach my half goal of 76kg.

My final goal is 65 kg.
Goal for Nov: track food daily.

Progress:
89 kg
86 kg
84 kg

76 kg - overweight!
73 kg
70 kg
68 kg 65 kg - normal!

Just to add: The tables say normal at 65. I am not sure I want to weigh less than 70 at this point in my life... but let's get to there and think later.

My Program:
Currently taking one month at a time. February is fab for more than one reason. It always is some sort of a new beginning. May be - because it is MY month.

The focus includes:
calorie intake less than 1400 (this basically means to pass the cookie and chocolate snacks).
I'm already making good choices and water intake comes natural.

5 day cardio 60-90 minutes at least 40 on the elliptical; do not detest moving around on foot/bike etc
re-introduce strength training
never skip stretching - not one day.
update Feb 15: I think besides the snacking I've done well on all counts for the month of February so far.

Hajde, neće li ta priča sa zapošljavanjem jednom više "zdobrit". A što se tiče kave u Mostaru, uvijek si dobrodošla i zaisa bi bilo emoticon da popijemo tu kavicu.
