Pure body, pure mind, pure soul
After a year away from SparkPeople, I am back. It has been a tough year full of many things that led me to abandon my healthy habits and gain weight: a long distance move, the death of a family member, and most importantly a battle with an anxiety disorder that I am finally starting to fight to overcome. This year, my self confidence has been at its lowest point in my life, but I am working to bring it back up and to accept myself the way I am, even with my flaws. I'd like to avoid reaching for ...

To get my belly and thighs out of the way so I can go deeper in forward bends 5. To carry less weight so arm balances and inversions are easier 6. Eating 1700-1850 calories per day Burn at least 3,000 calories per week Practice Ashtanga Yoga 5 days per week Run 3 to 4 days per week
