My goal is to look in the mirror and be happy with what I see. I want to feel good about myself and be a good role model for my daughter. Losing weight and continuing to get fit will also help me to improve my tennis game. I am stronger than I have ever been. It's time to use some of that strength to work on one area of my life that I don't feel completely fulfilled.

My Goals:
Drink plenty of water each day and skip the diet soda.

Strength train 3x/wk

Get back on the elliptical & play tennis as much as possible.

Get outside and be active with June.

My Program:
Tracking everything I put in my mouth & making sure I stay within my nutritional range each day.

Making meals for the week on the weekend to help me stay on track during busy nights.

Getting my exercise and strength training in even when I don't feel like it.

Love myself for who I am, no matter what the scale says.
