My Goals:
2 pounds a week -- every week. By the start of May 2010, I WILL be 100 pounds lighter.

My Program:
*1* Focus on Nutrition.

*2* Track food and water consumption.

*3* Exercise program 3 times a week.

Personal Information:
In the past, I always seem to have set my sights too high. Yes, I said too high. I would always get upset when I didn't lose 5 or more pounds a week and end up giving up. This time, slow and steady wins the race.


Other Information:
As you may have read above, I have been fat my entire life. I don't blame anyone but myself. No one every put a gun to my head and forced me to overeat. No one ever forced me to sit on my butt and watch Television for hours. Fortunately, I have been lucky with my health. Nothing major. I know where I am headed on this path, though, and it isn't where I want to end up. I am the one that got me to this point and I am the one who will get me out of it.
