My Goals:
To practice treating myself the way I think others deserve to be treated.

To find inner peace and calm.

To be the woman I know I can be, without fear of failure holding me back.

Although I'm physically close to my goal weight, I'm tired of hiding behind the last few pounds. I want to not be afraid of success, not be afraid of being at my best, and prove my worth to myself once and for all.

My Program:
I run. I run far. Sometimes I run fast, but mostly not. But I always run, and it always helps make things better.

I also lift heavy weights. I'm strong for a girl ;).

I'm pretty much a badass.

Other Information:
I've only recently discovered that I am a runner. I'm going to keep a log of past and planned races here. Aiming low for at least 5 a year, hopefully more!

-January 22 Buffalo Run Half Marathon: 2:17 (those hills took a toll on my time!)

-June 15- San Diego Rock 'N Roll Half Marathon

I'm sorry that you relate to my food problems! It's so frustrating that so many foods seem to upset my stomach now. I definitely like enjoying my food, so I'll keep working on it and trying things out!

The almond bars are super delicious, so I hope you like them!

Prayer should be part of our lives.

Your thumb is nearest to you. So begin to pray for those closest to you.
The next finger is the pointing finger. Pray for those who teach, instruct and heal.

Next finger is the tallest finger. It reminds us of our leaders. Pray for the leaders of your country. Business and Industry, administrators. They need Gods guidance.

Your fourth finger is your ring finger. That is the weakest finger. As any piano teacher will testify. Pray for those who are weak. In trouble or in pain. They need your prayers day and night. We cannot pray too much for them.

Lastly comes our wee tiny finger. Smallest of them all. That is where we should place ourselves in relation to God and others. The bible says. The least shall be the greatest among you. Your pinkie should remind you to pray for yourself. Time you have prayed for the other four groups, your own needs will be into proper perspective and you will be able to pray for yourself more
EFFECTIVELY.
