7000 steps is good, 18,000 is emoticon Were you out on a hike? How did you get that many in?

And thanks for coming by my blog -- my dad was a meat/potatoes guy too!

emoticon I made sure the motorcycle wasn't a cop before we left the Prescott area. And actually I wasn't speeding as far as the speed limit goes, it was 45 mph, but most of the curves were marked at between 20 to 35 mph, usually I could go around them about 10 mph faster than they were posted. It's not the speed so much as it is being in control of your car. And of course if you went over the edge of the road you would be a goner! Very steep drop-offs there in the mountains!

For me it was relaxing, for other people it might be scary! tee hee

Thank you for commenting on my blog "Sick of injuries and acceptance." I was talking to my aunt yesterday and she never formally exercised so she's going to begin and she was saying how she's going to start out with getting her body used to exercise. With that in mind, I went on a slow walk during my lunch break and that felt good. I think I'm going to just get my body used to exercise to begin with and take it from there. Like you said, we have to pace ourselves differently so I'm going to start real slow and just get used to doing exercise and then add from there. Small stints to begin with. Thank you for the support!
