Now is the time...
Looking forward to the rest of this year! It's time to get back on track and eating healthy. I met my goal weight last May, and over the last year, have slowly allowed 10 lbs to creep back on. That frustrates me, but the only thing I can do is work hard at getting it back off. I have set goals for the rest of this year: Do the following by: 8/3/12: Lose 5 lbs. - Report back to school 8/31/12: Lose 8 lbs. total - Labor Day Weekend 9/29/12: Lose 12 ...

My Goals:
My goal is to drop 15 lbs by my wedding and honeymoon in October. I lost a total of 15 lbs so far and would like to get down to 135. That would be the lightest I have been since high school. But this time, I want to do it in the healthiest way possible.
My Program:
Working out- 4 to 5 days a week; up to an hour a day. Sparking daily- Logging in food; staying in my calorie range and tracking workout daily. Playing Soccer- Monday 2 games at 45 minutes each. Keeping to one cheat meal a week to start off with.
Personal Information:
Born and raised in Arizona. Played sports my entire life growing up, but when sports stopped, the weight slowly crept up on me. I'm a 4th grade teacher in Gilbert, AZ and I love my job! My family and friends are my life! I'm getting married the beginning of October and I want to look the best I ever have.
Other Information:
I love reading and seeing movies! I've become a book-worm and movie-goer. I enjoy Disneyland very much and watching sports is one of my favorite things!
