Jan's Journey continues

I have lost over 100 pounds and kept it off for 3 years. 2011 is the year I lose the final 20. I have always used the BMI chart to motivate me, and continue to do so, as my BMI currently is still in the overweight category. I eat healthy 80% of the time, keep junk food out of my house, and cook healthy. So, I will be focusing on portion control and mixing up my exercise routine to reach my goals. I need a tracker and some community support, so here I am !!!

Welcome to SparkPeople! I am honored that you chose me to be your first SparkFriend! Hopefully we will encourage each other and build a true online friendship. You have come to the right place to get those last 20# off. I only have 4# to go to reach my goal today, but I really need to tone up a LOT! And maintain, of course. So I'll be here for the long haul.
