Slam on the Breaks!
Aloha friends It's simple...this year I have gained back 16 pounds of the 45 pounds I lost 4 years ago. Too much happiness! I met someone, fell in love, and after long distance romancing, moved to Hawaii so we could move in together. It's been wonderful, but with all the nesting and celebrating, I can no longer zip my pants! So it's back to the basics: weighing in once a week, weighing and measuring my food, counting and logging my food and exercise. My head is in ...
