My life is still going great...except my weight.
I am just gaining, gaining, gaining. I weigh more then I did 3 months after having my son.
So it is time to get busy.
I did it in 2008! I can do it again!

Guess I better update my page. We just found out about a month ago and I am so excited! I am focusing on keeping my healthy habits right. I am at a bit of a stall on the exercising but that should end in a few weeks :) Here's to healthy and fit!

I am more fit than I think I have ever been. I can run around with my boys and not be so tired I want to faint.
I have become a "runner". At least I enjoy the time I do get out to run. It is something I can do for myself. I am doing better with choosing good foods, though I am still trying to rein in the portion sizes.


I am 29 years old, and have allowed myself to not be fit. I have 3 boys 8,4, and 2. I want to be fit to play with them, not to mention keeping up with them throughout the day.
