Hi all! I'm hoping to find my intrinsic motivation and internal strength to move forward on the health path. I have bipolar and often eat to try to feel better...especially sugar. I know I can't do it all on my own. Here's to it!

Sorry that you are having such a rough time . I saw your page and you are doing fantastic with losing 25 pounds! I know how hard it is to lose weight with mood swings. You should be proud of your self! I am proud of you! Hang in there. This mood will pass, soon I hope. emoticon
