I am a retired RN with one husband and 2 married children. We have 2 step-grandsons, ages 24 and 14, and a 2 year-old grandson. Several years of high stress, insomnia and depression have resulted in low energy, increased weight and a generally out-of-balance life. I joined SparkPeople to help me re-establish healthier habits and gain balance in my life. After a little over a year of false starts and additional weight gain, I'm making SparkPeople a higher priority.
