I just want to be healthier. Of course, having a killer body would be great too.
I am really doing my best to get back into running. I like running when I can do more than a mile or so at a time without stopping, but before then it's hard. I also do some Zumba and try to get to the gym as much as possible.
Thanks for the "coffee!" Caffene is definately a staple in my house!
Good call on the foam roller! As soon as I read your comment, I pulled out my foam roller and went to town on my calf muscle (I started feeling the shin pain again) and thought I was going to cry while doing so! My shin felt a million times better afterwards. Thank you for the suggestion!
