My Goals:
My goal is to be healthier. As I age I realize that my diet and habits determine your health. I take medication for high blood pressure. Becasue diabetes run in my family I realize I must gain control over my eating habits.

My Program:
I am exercising 6 days a week. I just moved up to 60 minutes a day. I am also learning new recipes, so I can mix up my meals. I am beginning to track my meals daily. I am also monitoring my sodium intake and my cholesterol intake.

Personal Information:
I am a retired teacher. who created indiualized plans to help students. I decided that it is time for me to create a plan to help me reach my personal goals.
