Hi, I'm Julie! Welcome to my SparkPage! I am a 40 year old mother to three boys (14, 16 and 20). When I turned 30, I started gaining a few pounds. My Goals:
To lose 30 pounds and maintain it!! I would also like to connect with a few people with similar goals to help keep me on track.
My Program:
1200-1500 calories. I am tracking every bite I eat for accountability.
Personal Information:
I am just getting back into it after dropping off. I lost 30 pounds with SparkPeople almost 2 years ago and then found myself in a "stressful" time of life. I gave up and gained all of the weight back. This time, I want to lose it (because I know I can!!) and keep it off!
