I have been on a constant "diet" my whole life, with varying degrees of success. A couple of years ago I switched to a vegetarian diet, which did allow me to lose 15 pounds and keep them off, but I had quite a bit more to go. This year I decided to skip the crazy diets and just find something that makes sense and that I can live with. This year I decided to skip the crazy diets and just find something that makes sense and that I can live with. A friend of mine put a link to Sparkpeople on her facebook page, and when I clicked on it, I immediately knew it was for me. Between the recipes and the motivation, and the fact that they have a vegetarian section, I have already been succeeding without feeling pressure or being hungry. Of course, like everything in life, there are good and bad days (weeks), but every good meal or endorphin high makes it that much easier!
