Dear Juls- " I'm late. I'm late for a very important date".
Next weigh in/ 3 weeks is Friday. I have pushed myself so much to lose this weight! I am preparing for the worst. I have become a completely different person in regards to food, fitness, my well being...and so i feel new. But the reminders are there. I made up my mind. I will maintain this as it feels so amazing...but what i see doesnt represent how i feel. And this has set this conflict inside of me...push and get there. Be done. Get this over with so i can feel proud of my self. So Patience is not in my nature...well as a teacher, and a mother of four...I amabsolutely the model of patience ....but I use every ounce of it up....and am not patient with myself. I know this is the formula for disaster in the spark plan....but for me smashing that pain into the sidewalk with each healthy step feels great. I will cut myself some slack...and take it one day at a time!

I am back and wanted explain my little break from SP. The new work assignment is getting more managable...taking over a classroom mid- year is a daunting task! There have been many days that have felt overwhelming to say the least- but I finally feel on top of it all. I wanted to check in with the Spa beauties! To boost my energy!
To add even more stress to the whole transition back to working fulltime- My youngest son is recovering from the flu. He has ulcerative colitis and the flu has literally taken him down! He got it Feb. 8th and is now just 75% well. It has been quite a challenge. I am grateful for his wellbeing! His care has been my focus outside of work and fills my days and nights- this is a rare moment that I have to sneak to the Spa, and I wanted to update you on my life outside of Sparkville. I am confidently looking forward to his full recovery and know that this trial shall pass.
