My Goals:
*To loose 20lbs by Christmas
*To engage in either cardio or strength training at least 30mins a day
* Practice yoga twice a week
To play a physical activity with my son at least 3 times a week

My Program:
I spend at least 2 hours a day studying nutrition on the food tracker ,other links/and books.I want to eat healthy by in-taking proper nutrients and vitamins. I have also began taking a multivitamin which helps;

Personal Information:
I have suffered with self image and confidence for too long!For 7 years flexitarian (vegitarian that eats seafood) diet. I did it for health/mind/and body image reasons. I have not been working out much ,and never knew I how do properly measure food values or nutrient contents . I believe it was a blessing when I came across this site, so excited I want to start my very first blog!

High BP is a silent killer. Knowing your numbers is a good thing to keep in mind. Salt is not your friend and stress plays havoc with it.

Be mindful of both and know that I offer you my support in any way that I can be of help.
