Sabrina, glad you liked the flowers. I won some spark points so wanted to share them with you. I have not been doing so well with my food so want to work on that and keep my exercise up! Hopefully we will both have a great week. emoticon

Your kind gift of flowers got me back online - can you believe it?? I've been in a not so great place with work and stress, so I haven't been around lately. Once I saw that, though, it made me realize I'm focusing on the wrong things yet again. Thank you so much for the Goodie! It has gotten me back on track! I hope all is well with you!!

Thanks for your supportive comment on my blog! I'll have to try your method of thinking about the day. I bet it makes the time go by a lot faster too!

Let me also say that you and I have a lot in common. I just turned 49 and I also weigh more than I ever have. I want to lose weight too and avoid health problems - especially with 50 coming right around the corner for me.

Use the site daily and be consistent with your food tracking and exercise. Read the articles for information. Read member blogs for motivation and encouragement.

This is a fabulous site and if you rely on it daily and remain consistent with your program, you will achieve your goals.
