My Goals:
I need to lose 65 pounds, at least. That is my first goal.

My Program:
I am doing strength training 4X week. Also cardio every day. I either walk or do the elliptical machine. I also do aerobics 4x weekly.
I also went "cold turkey" on the fast food and soda! More fruits, veggies, and water too!

Personal Information:
I am married with 4 kids. I love cats, hiking, the beach, singing, playing the piano, and helping others.
