A time for life changing weight loss
I have always battled this war against food. I struggle everyday. I am not addicted to any other substances, like alcohol or drugs.I am addicted to sugar and carbohydrates. I want to win over this addiction with certain foods.

My Goals:
I NEED TO STOP BINGING.I want to be healthy. I want to not think about food all the time. I don't want to have to take any medicines for acid reflux. My ENT said I had to loose weight.
He is concerned I could get throat cancer.I want to loose a little over 50lbs.
My Program:
I am using a food journal. I am trying to consume 1000 calories a day. I am walking 30 minutes a day 2 to 3 times a week. I WANT TO STOP BINGING!!!!
Personal Information:
I have been married for 15 years to my high school sweet heart. I have 2 boys,they were born 13 months apart. I am a dental assistant. I am the youngest in my family of 7 siblings. I teach pre-school at my church on Wednesdays and Sundays.
Other Information:
I am trying to take this journey one day at a time. All things are possible through Christ!!!
