I want to adopt a healthier lifestyle - more exercise and healthier foods. I want to take this slow and make it stick. i want to keep my heart and lungs healthy!

I am a grad student so I have plenty of stress that working out really helps with. I love reading, hiking, and cooking. I like to just relax with my friends and have a good laugh.

My Program:
I track what I eat and try to choose healthy options when I'm having a really bad sweet craving. But i'm not denying myself so I will be allowed to have a sensible sweet treat now and then.

Welcome to SparkPeople! I am starting back up 'again' myself and plan on taking it slow to make THIS time a lifestyle change.
