My Goals:
to drink 8 glasses of water a day
5 fruits/veggies/day
exercise daily 30 minutes

no eating out
no alcohol


My Program:
time to get back on track and start moving. My program will be 4 meals of 400 calories each, 30 minutes a day exercise. Water, iced tea, non-fat milk only.

Other Information:
struggled with my weight since I was a child, where I learned to "clean my plate" and take another helping.

Hi Julie! I am going to Golds today @ 12:30 pump class. It gets really crowded, but I hope to "see" you there. first I will head to the movie room for some biking though.
