Beach Lover

I love going to the beach - it is so relaxing to me listening to the waves and watching sailboats. This year I am going to try to exercise when I go to the beach. I will try to a least walk the length of the beach at Honeymoon Island.

My Goals:
I didn't meet my weight goal of 143 by June 1st, but I did meet my exercise goal to be consistent. I am continuing with my exercise goal of remaining consitent. As of now I am not listing a weight goal.

My Program:
I am doing a Spark program for a 5K. I am also going to do a Spark strength training program.

Personal Information:
I am orginally from Ohio but have lived in Florida since 2005.

Other Information:
I like to read murder mysteries and like to watch CSI, Criminal Minds, and now The Glades. My husband and I like to ballroom dance.

If I EVER cleaned behind the stove or the fridge, I definitely would deserve to give myself some credit on the fitness tracker. But first I'd have to resuscitate my husband. He'd be VERY surprised. (I wonder if there'd be a way to give myself fitness credit for the act of resuscitation?)

I'm doing well today! I did a little bit of Bob's Yoga but it hurt my ribs so I had to stop. But I did about half of it! Now I am on to cleaning the kitchen and the bathroom....yuck....I'm going to start tracking my calories starting tomorrow or monday (depends on when I get to the store). Have a good day mom!
