My Goals:
My goal is to lose 65 pnds and to learn how to keep it off, by eating healthy and making exercise a part of my daily routine.

My Program:
I have dropped my calorie count from God knows what to 1200 a day, by learning what is a more filling and satisfying meal. I am also working out daily from home for at least an hour a day.

Personal Information:
I am from Georgia but have lived in Florida for 23 years. I am married to the man of my dreams and together we have 3 children. He is always there for me and I know that he will be my rock thru this.

Julie, Take it easy girl! I have not been on spark allot lately. I just noticed all the crazy stuff that you have been going through looking at your feeds. Wow! I take is the x is not taking all this well! She must be driving you nuts! Not to mention putting Brianna through an emotional roller coaster! You may need a little break! I am having phone trouble right now and can't retrieve my contacts or text right now. Please call me when you read this. I want to talk with you. I think It will be a little easier on you when the kids are back in school! Stay strong this stuff will pass and you will get some normalcy back in your life! Chin up!

Hi! If stress could burn cals we would be size 0! LOL! Keep up the good work! I have been slacking in the food Dep! Not much weight loss lately but The exercise is keeping the weight off. No gaining is good. I don't think I'm going to reach my Aug goal of 55 lbs. I still have 27lbs to go. Oh well if it takes a few more months that's okay with me! I have run into a problem with this site. For the longest time when I put the amount of exercise I do Into the tracker, It always gives me a warning that doing more than the recommended amount of exercise will cause me to need more cals to keep loosing weight. It says I should evaluate my calorie intake for that amount of exercise. I cant figure it out. I'm not sure if 1200 is the right amount for me or if its too little. I think If its too little my body will go into starvation mode and I won't loose weight. I got to figure this out! Any way hope you are well. I will have My 2 Nephews this weekend they are visiting from IL. So happy to see them!

By the way, we been thinking about going to that Harry Potter theme park. We have to save a bit for it. Does that place internist you guys? Maybe we could go together. Keep up the good work!
