My Goals:

I'm currently 167lbs and my target is 140lbs by 15 July!

18/04/11- I've decided to do my goal a bit at a time! I'm starting today at 168lbs, to reach 155lbs by 31 may.

My Program:
I'm planning to do 30 mins cardio 5 days a week, plus an hours dog walk/pram push every day!
I'm pretty bad at portion distortion so will be counting every calorie!! And no eating after 7 pm - this will be the hardest for me!!

Personal Information:
I'm from West Yorkshire,England. I live with my partner, two children, two cats, a dog and four fish!!
I'm 40 in August :(!!

Other Information:
Most of my time is taken up by my 7 month old son and 11 year old daughter, but, when I have a spare minute or two I enjoy reading, music, dining out , meeting up with friends and of course spending time with my partner

Many thanks for your advice. I think i will start with a charity super sprint using a mountain bike. I will gradually get the correct stuff as time goes by...... I only have time for 2 runs, 1 swim and 1 cycle a week so i wont get too far!!!!!!!
