Fit into my skinny jeans. Weigh 125 Wear tank tops and bikini's w/o feeling ashamed. Maintain the new weight.
My Program:
Counting Calories. Eating Clean. Allow myself to eat what I want on the weekends within moderation. I try to workout as much as possible.
