My spark journey...
I have been a member of spark people since April 2009 - since then I have managed to lose 25 lbs (my start weight was 167lbs) with the help of lots of exercise and a healthy nutritional intake.
I have also tried the Dukan diet for a short period of time with good results.
I have found the spark trackers really helpful.

I love the spark community and am thankful to all the friends I have made here who have helped me along this journey with ...

My Goals:
To lose 5% of current weight over the next 8 weeks

To stick to a structured plan.

To become more toned.



My Program:
The new 5% challenge starts 4th April 2015

Walk at least 30 minutes on 3 days per week.

Eat more fruit and vegetables - 3-5 portions per day.


Yoga DVD 3 times a week.
Cardio exercise DVD 2 times a week.

Personal Information:
I am 45, married and have 2 boys aged 13 and 10.

We live in a village in Derbyshire, UK.

I am a disability assessor.

I also have a business - in coaching and hypnotherapy.


Other Information:
I love reading and enjoying my kindle I have joined an online kindle book reading club this year and getting to read lots of different new authors suggested by others!

I also enjoy going to the cinema.
