    Just wanted to pop by and say it's been fun being a Trailblazer with you!

    I'm sorry I haven't been as active the past few weeks. Things got busy at work and at home, and I wasn't able to focus on the challenge as much as I had been. One of the things I need to learn is to continue to put myself and my health first, rather than letting it be the first thing to go! Anyway, I didn't reach my goal, but I still enjoyed the process and appreciate all the support from the Clovers.

    Are you doing the in-between challenge or coming back for the Fall challenge...? I'm doing both, so maybe I'll see you around. Cheers!

    Week 8 CUSTER CHALLENGE: I choose to eliminate eating anything after dinner. Yup – this is a huge one for me. I am surprising myself and doing very well most of the time!

    Cluster Challenge - I always have breakfast, lunch and dinner. I also have 2 or 3 smaller meals or snacks during the day. Sometimes I even have 2 dinners (it will keep me from wanting to eat during the evening. Lately, I have done very well with my "evening eating." My small meals usually consist of fruit or I might even have some protein and veggie. I’m having no problems with this “challenge.”
