Starting Time:
In Total 62 Minutes.

3 Month Goal = 55 Min
6 Month Goal = 50 Min

My Program:
Walking 15KM a week
Treadmill 1.5 Miles a day
Stationary bike 10-15 Miles a day

Walk 60,000 Steps (when not exercising every week)

Drink 8-10 8 oz Glasses of water.

Circut Training for 15 minutes 2 times a week.

Daily 5+ flights of stairs (in one trip)

Hey! How did your HM go? Sounds like you had a great time, did you run as much of it as you had hoped?
I'm not sure when the results are going to be posted, but I think they will be at armyrun.ca
