Ok, good! I read back over your comment after I posted mine and realized you probably weren't comparing in a bad way. I am really bad about comparing myself to others and I know what it can do to a person, lol.
It is SOOO hard getting started again w/ exercise after a long time off. I even have trouble after a week off! So it sounds like you are going about it the right way. Good for you!

OH, please don't compare yourself! I have worked up to this very very gradually, over the course of several years, so don't think you have to be anywhere close to that! I didn't post it to make anyone feel bad, I wanted to keep myself accountable and motivate myself w/ my blog. I like writing out my plan for the week because it helps me solidify it somehow... But if it HELPS you and makes you feel ready to take on more exercise, then I am happy. :) We all just need to push our current levels of fitness, whatever they are, and discover what our potential is.
