My Goals:
My Goals are to reach about 110-155 lb. I'm short so that's about a good weight for my age and height.

I wish to have a flatter tummy and shaped legs. A nice back wouldn't hurt either for those open shirts in the back that may be used in the hotter months.

My Program:
Currently I'm doing Weight Watchers on my own and exercise. My exercise consists of a mix of walking and THE FIRM workout videos.

Weight watchers is something that has worked for me very well. To me it's the best program out there because you get to eat things you like and you are not prohibited from any foods. It allows the flexibility to eat out on special occasions.

I started weight watchers back in 2001 at 174 lb but I have yet to reach my goal of 110-115. In that time I have also been through a pregnancy and I think it helped that I knew my portions from doing weight watchers so long.

Personal Information:
I'm a latina and I live in PA. I'm an aspiring IT professional. I have the BA but need the experience. I also have a big family. My husband, my 2 kids and my stepdaughter who has joined us.

Ok, good! I read back over your comment after I posted mine and realized you probably weren't comparing in a bad way. I am really bad about comparing myself to others and I know what it can do to a person, lol.

It is SOOO hard getting started again w/ exercise after a long time off. I even have trouble after a week off! So it sounds like you are going about it the right way. Good for you!

I will keep posting my workouts. I like reading others' workout plans, too, so yaay! :) Thanks for such a nice post, and I wish you the best of luck! See you on the team boards! emoticon

OH, please don't compare yourself! I have worked up to this very very gradually, over the course of several years, so don't think you have to be anywhere close to that! I didn't post it to make anyone feel bad, I wanted to keep myself accountable and motivate myself w/ my blog. I like writing out my plan for the week because it helps me solidify it somehow... But if it HELPS you and makes you feel ready to take on more exercise, then I am happy. :) We all just need to push our current levels of fitness, whatever they are, and discover what our potential is. And we all have different levels!
