I love lots of things heaps of things, from (REAL) Punk Rock to Autumn to dancing all night to getting all gothed out and having a picnic in a beautiful graveyard. Possibly even in the rain! My favourite place to be hands down is the Ocean, any coast, any time of year- though I do prefer off-season to cramped over-heated beaches. Travelling is my most beloved "thing" to do...I guess you could say it IS my thing. Sadly, I have been "stuck" in a sleepy town for over 3 years now. My days are spent learning to live in the light, live a life of positivity and healthy choices- ones that will inevitably lead me out of here and back into a city doing what I adore with people I love!

My Goals:
My goals as far as the forseeable future is concerned are getting back on my own two feet mentally, physically. spiritually and monetarily! After that, an extended stay in Europe or possibly even Argentina!

My Program:
After a serious bout of depression, I am just now emerging from the torturous place I was in for about 6 months or more. I am back at the gym (effective 2 wks ago) and pushing myself but not in the crazy way that I used to. My goal is to workout in and out of the gym 4-6 times weekly but for now I am content with 2 or 3 in addition to the vast amount of walking that I do! My appetite is beginning to rear its head again after months of forcing meals on myself. This is a good sign, mentally yes, but I honestly needed to lose the 30 lbs I dropped in the Summer when my depression/anxiety were at their highest and most detrimental. I'd love to lose 12 more pounds. I cook a vegan diet at home and treat myself to higher calorie comfort foods in small portions about 4-5 times a week. I chug water all day and drink 1-4 cups green/white or black tea every day! As far as produce goes, its organic or nothing and I do try to get my "Five a Day" though I loathe cooking vegetables.
