My Goals:
Have positive physical therapy sessions and complete my home program as prescribed.
Maintain current weight and work on losing an additional 10# over the next 10 weeks.

My Program:
3 times a day perform the exercises prescribed. Go to therapy sessions 2x/week. Go for independent therapy pool exercise 2x/week. Track foods, weigh daily and drink at least 8 glasses of water per day.

Personal Information:
I'm an analog girl in a digital world. Things move slow in my world, but I do my best to keep moving when I can, and accept being still if needed.

Thank you so much for the carnation! I'm really enjoying learning more about herbs and all the different things that can be done with them. Even learning more about the plants right on our own property that I never realized were healing herbs is amazing!
