Hiya. I've just seen your comment on the worst diet advice you've ever heard, and I'm having exactly the same experience with my trainer! They told me to cut out not just wheat and gluten, but ALL starch including potatoes. I'm only 'allowed' to have fruit straight after a workout and I've been told at least 5 times that I should take these 'super greens' pills. Plus the advice I wrote on the article - they told me not to eat anything til 11am every day even though I get out of bed at 7. I'm only hanging around because they're teaching me to use kettlebells.
