My Goals:
To get in shape and create a healthier lifestyle for my family. Specifically, I would like to shed the excess 50 pounds I am carrying. I would like to build muscle and maintain a healthy body fat percentage.
My Program:
I am tracking my food and trying hard to stay with in recommended ranges. I am committed to doing some type of physical activity at least 4x a week.

I am a happily married, mother of two boys living in Central Pennsylvania.
