My Goals:
My goals are to just commit to a healthier and more active lifestyle. Also my other goal is to get rid of my all or nothing attitude because i know change does not happen overnight. And to make realistic short term goals and stick to them and only then can i make more plans.

My Program:
I am currently doing Cindy Crawfords shape your body (1992) workout theres 2 40min workouts on there that you do on alternating days i do that everymorning. I am also doing in the early evenings Jillian Michaels 30 day shred thats 20 mins i do level 1,2,3 on alternating day to keep me challenged. And like Jillian says you need to put some stress on your body to force it to adapt and thats when change will happen. Also i HAVE to walk to the school and the pre school 6 times a day and its 15 min each time so thats a bit of cardio 5 times a week. i just keep active to keep me sane!

Personal Information:
I am from a town in Derbyshire called Wirksworth in the uk. I am 22 and a mom of 3 i have one boy and he is the oldest and two girls they are currently aged 4,3,1, but their birthdays are coming round again soon!

Other Information:
fave book is lullaby by diane guest its very spooky!

Fave movie anything thats scary i like stuff like the eye,candyman,final destination.

Fave music is rock and metal but i do like some pop rock like kelly clarkson and fall out boy.
