Lose 5 Kg by Sept 1st
(Reached goal on Sept 22nd)

Run an 8Km race October 2nd 2011 (reached goal, ran it in 54 minutes)

Lose 10 Kg by Nov 1st
(Reached goal Dec. 1st)

Lose 15 Kg by Jan 1st 2012
(Reached goal Jan 17th)

Lose 20 Kg by March 1st

Reach my goal weight and size by April 19th 2012

I want to exercise at least 3 times a week and train for the 8K race!

I want to track meals every day.


I want to be able to shop happily and buy clothes because they're nice and not because they're the only ones in my size. I want to look good in pictures, not worrying about double chins and huge arms. I want to be able to have a healthy lifestyle where exercise is an important part of it. I want to learn how to eat correctly so my health doesn't suffer. My thigh measurement and my husband's waistline are the same number: that was a terrible shock

My Program:
Following dietician's advice on portions, servings and meals:

Sept 22nd: 1 dairy, 4 fats, 3 fruits, 4 veggies, 4-5 carbs, 6 proteins, 8 glasses of water

3 days cardio: M,W,F I run 5k and do 1 hour of aerobic classes at the gym

2 days strength training: haven't been following through that well, next week have appointment with trainer.

Aug 1st: 1 dairy, 4 fats, 4 fruits, 4 veggies, 5 carbs, 6 proteins, 8 glasses of water.
3 days cardio (Way to 5K Walk/jog program)
2 days strength training

Personal Information:
I live in Costa Rica, husband is in Colombia. I want to be healthy and thin the next time we meet!
