Want to be fit for life

Hello, l am a happily married 54 year young mom of 2 grown sons, 1 married this summer. No grand babies yet! I've always had those few extra pounds hanging around it seems, when l got diligent in my excercise in the past, then l found the weight stayed away and l felt better but the motivation would eventually wane or l just got plain lazy. Now that l have found the spark people l feel very motivated and am exercising daily or try to . Ya-hoo! l know that l will still have those off days ...

Ya-hoo! l know that l will still have those off days when l eat too much of the wrong things for what ever reason, but l feel different this time and more positive than in the past. So here's to every brand new day from here on in.... and thank- god for that!!!!

My Goals:
My goal is to shake these last few pounds off and to stay focused on my exercise program daily!

My Program:
l am exercising daily and tracking my food and fitness. It's surprising how much you eat when you aren't tracking .Also I reallly am aware of the portion sizes now. I am drinking lots of water as well and eating proper meals regularly. I find that l am not as tempted lately to eat the bad stuff as long as l am working out.That is the key for me!!
