How are you? Been thinking about you and wanted to check in to see how you are doing this fine Summer.
Decided to be more aggressive in my diet since I have been bouncing around all year 5 pounds and go to Yellowstone in two weeks for an adventure vacation.
It is day 8 of no diet cokes. I also decide to change my diet plan to be a little more aggressive and am now counting my carbs (and staying within the range of 150 net carbs), diet coke free, sugar free and trying to keep to a gluten free week. Day 4 of this plan.
Who knew giving up my favorite breads and caffeine would freak my body out so much. But this all tells me I am doing the right thing and that I need to ride this detox phase out.
i love that you refuse to deprive yrself, especially of chocolate! i think not feeling like i can't have what i want has been the key to eating reasonable amounts. great job so far!!! 2491 days ago
