My Goals:
I started this journey when I reached 164lbs - which was the heaviest I've ever been in my entire life. At only 5 feet and 3 and a half inches, all of my doctors confirmed that I am considered overweight. My overall goal is to reach 130lbs. I am hoping to reach it sooner than planned by this site - of course, reaching it in a healthy fashion - but I've committed myself to adopting a regimen that combines daily exercise and a healthy diet.
My Program:
Keeping it really simple - eat right and exercise! I'm tracking all my meals and exercises using this site. I recently bought a small notebook to carry around with me so I can write down everything I'm eating to input it later.
Personal Information:
I am a 5'3 bundle of energy - crazy fueled weird energy - who loves Life! I'm a wild curly-head chick who believes in real happiness...yes, the kind you see at the end of movies! I currently live in Atlanta - with my boyfriend and my doggie who I am biased to say is the best damn dog on earth - and I work in Sports TV. I also have a current addiction to the CW show "The Vampire Diaries"
Other Information:
I had a "revelation" in the New Year of 2009 that lead me to a decision to live my life as "clean" as possible...meaning staying true to me, honest with me and others, leave all and anything petty behind me! It's been fabulous and freeing so far!
