JULIE'S STUFF

Started my journey in July 2003 at 200lbs. Joined ediets and met Karon, Marlis, Anne and many others, and through hard work and determination got down to 147.

Took a hiatus from and was back up to 163 and then re-connected with my Lifers!

Now, here I am...at the lowest weight I have been since before having kids, and the one constant is my LIFER friends. I could not have done this without their support and the accountability of the Ultimate Challenge.

Hi from Columbia Maryland once again. I thought you live in Virginia, but that is several years back. What is really going on? When you stopped writing on Lifers I wondered what you were up to. It looks like you are now in Tennessee.

I've lived in Nashville since 1984 and I work-out at Urban Active Murfreesboro Rd. Since I joined Spark People and started my weight-loss journey, I have lost 54 lbs & 31.5 inches... slow and steady but continual.

Historically, I have put myself on "diets" and moaned, groaned and complained to being deprived... I had DIET RAGE! This time it is different. My positive attitude is what is different for me this time. ELIMINATING EXCUSES is my mantra... Only positive thoughts and motivational attitudes...it’s the elusive key to weight-loss success and a happy life!

Have a GREAT journey... and remember to eliminate excuses that keep you from attaining your goals and you WILL get there. WE ARE STRONG! WE CAN DO THIS!!!
