On A Path To Health And Happiness!
Hey all! Joined spark about a year ago and it helped me lose about 25lbs! I really enjoyed it but once I lost I definitely didn't maintain my loss the way I should have. Plus, I started a serving job and moved to a great, huge city with amazing food everywhere which all equals weight gain! Gotta get back on my way forward and lose the gain and the rest I wanted to before! Looking forward to getting happier and healthier... (and smaller!)

My Goals:
Lose some weight but most of all, get fit again! I miss the health and stamina I had when I was younger and active! I miss being able to eat what I chose. Make better choices to help create better LIFELONG habits. I really want to avoid the trap the women in my family all fall into of gaining increasing amounts of weight from their mid twenties and on...Break that cycle! Sadly, I'm working against genetics here...
My Program:
Being more active every day and working out when I can....which isn't a lot. Watching what I eat and tracking my calories! Gotta stay within that limit! Drinking wayyyy more water! Making better choices to help create better habits. Ex. Picking water over soda. (I love soda!)
