Julee, I track various activities on my fitness page, you can list whatever you want and just post how many minutes you did it. It doesn't give you calories burned but gives you activity minutes. Any activity burns calories and I want to make sure I get credit. There is a website that you can put your activity in and it will tell you approximately how many calories you've burned. I list my regular activities under my favorites so it is easier to find. I know this is confusing but hope it helps.
I've never been, and likely never will be, a "gym rat" but it is something I need since I am to easily distracted at home to do what I need to do!
PF is clean and fresh, loads of equipment and is not at all crowded - at least not at the times I've been in (all of 3 times, so far). I do wish they had skylights or some other way to let in natural light. That's all that is missing. 100 days ago
